Welcome to RWS Financial Consultants

Formed in 1997, RWS Financial Consultants was originally based in Dundee, but after expansion in 2002, moved to our present Head Office in Cupar, Fife, where all our Advisers are now based, covering the whole of Scotland giving face to face advice in clients own homes, places of work or in our office.
At RWS Financial Consultants our aim is to provide exceptional service to both private and corporate clients.

Our core values and principles are at the heart of our business. We build long-standing relationships based on mutual openness and trust and appreciate the importance of each client's individual challenges and aspirations.

We have an experienced team focused on delivery of service to our clients, who all share the same enthusiasm and dedication. In turn they are supported by technical product specialists at Openwork, one of the UK's largest advice networks.

Our aim is to build a clear understanding of your individual circumstances, needs and wider financial goals. This personalised approach is the cornerstone of sound financial planning.

At our initial meeting we will talk about your needs and objectives and how these can be met. We will also give you a clear understanding of how we are paid - should you choose to proceed.

Once you have appointed us to work on your behalf, we will gain a thorough understanding of your financial and personal circumstances, helping us ensure our advice meets your needs, goals and aspirations.

This information will help us give you detailed recommendations which will explain the benefits and risks associated with the approach we have suggested. We will make sure you fully understand the advice we have given and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

If you are happy with the recommendations, we will help you complete the relevant paperwork to put your financial plans in place.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
Our initial consultation is fee free but we may charge an application fee. The charging of such a fee will depend on the work involved. If we charge a fee we estimate this will be a maximum of £250 or 0.5% of the loan amount if greater, payable on application. Typically this will be £250.
